You only have to subscribe to her RSS feed: each week look for a secret message at the bottom of the feed which will list that week’s prize and a code word. If you are intersted in the prize, send her an email (emma_at_itswritenow.com) with "contest" in the subject line and that week’s prize plus the code word.
